The four pillars of health stewardship stand on a foundation of faith and habits. In turn, these pillars support your purpose to serve as God calls. What is your purpose, your calling? Do you feel like you are serving that well? Do your habits support or hinder your ability to do what you want to be about doing? Have you tried working on these habits in the past? I know I have.
